Never seen moments of the Mumbai terror attacks

This video has been produced and directed by the award winning filmmaker Dan Reed, and is definitely the best documentary ever made on the Mumbai terror attacks.

It comprises of the never shown intercepted conversation of the terrorists with their controllers in Pakistan. Moreover, it also shows the revelations made by Md Kasab immediately after his arrest.

I was so moved when I first saw this dispatches series on Channel4 in the month of June but am so surprised that it was never aired on any Indian channel.
Moving forward there has been many discussions on lessons learnt from 26/11, it seems the talk about reform of Indian Police system has taken a back seat and Politicians again wants to get away by talking about relief measures for the victim and providing some new equipments to the police.
It's disgusting that barring couple of states none have sent their police to study Mumbai crisis while Police from Singapore and Newyork have already studied and carried out excercises to test their response if such an attack confronts them. How demoralising is the top brass of Mumbai Police that there is two faction among one department who are working hard to divide the police force and the government does nothing.
Look at the modernisation the police forces are being provided new equipments but no persistent training and simulation and enhancing training skills to counter the same type of attack in future.
Not sure how long the Indian police will keep on carrying the training and equipments dated back to British raj and will keep on ignoring the real world policing and international standards.
Is there any possibility that India of 21st century can get a governance of 21st century and not that dated back Victorian Era?
